Arkle Finance are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to their team. The main responsibilities are to investigate and resolve queries and issues, collect outstanding rental arrears and ensure all associated administration is undertaken efficiently.
Key accountabilities include the resolution of all payment queries and collection of arrears on a daily basis. Maintaining records of statistics and keeping the manager updated with progress on daily totals. Carrying out of searches, processing payment instructions and the production of VAT statements for customers as necessary.
You will provide excellent standards of customer service and friendly, proficient assistance to a variety of internal and external clients, in addition to assisting with a wide range of operational tasks.
You should also be able to demonstrate that you are a committed team player, in possession of strong negotiation skills, with the ability to work accurately in accordance with bank processes and procedures and in an organised manner. The ideal candidate will be able to work to deadlines and demonstrate numeracy with strong accounts and/or credit control background. Excellent communication skills, as well as a flexible attitude to work are crucial. The ability to use all Microsoft packages to a high standard is vital.
