Weatherbys Bank is a private bank and part of a family owned group with a 240 year involvement in the horseracing industry. We are looking to recruit an individual to work as part of the Racing Banking team.
A multi-skilled role, primarily working on our telephone helpdesk, this position encompasses a variety of tasks focusing on providing the highest standards of customer service to a range of clients within the racing industry, and assisting with various banking tasks. An excellent telephone manner is required as our philosophy is all about providing a friendly but professional service.
The ideal candidate will be conscientious and professional in their work approach. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure are essential to meet our clients’ needs. Experience of working within a helpdesk environment or a background in customer service is essential for this role and an interest in horseracing would be an advantage.
