VAT Services Assistant

The VAT Services department is based within Weatherbys Bank and provides a VAT Return Service for Racehorse Owners. We are currently looking for a professional individual to join our team to provide administrational support and assist with the day to day running of the department as required.

The main responsibility of this role will be to provide accurate data inputting skills while delivering excellent standards of customer service to a variety of clients from within the Racing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate recording and data processing of owners’ invoices.
• Dealing with daily correspondence duties.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate, have strong numeracy skills, be able to work on their own initiative and possess organisational and time management skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential requirements to this role as are the ability to work to deadlines in an effective and professional manner.
