Liability Insurance

Weatherbys arranges public and employer’s liability insurance for many people within the Bloodstock Industry including licensed trainers and professional breeders.

There is also responsibility on the owners of horses for the consequences of their horses behaviour. Weatherbys can arrange cover to manage any potential exposure.

Care Custody and Control policies are available for trainers, stud owners, horse transporters and livery yard owners against legal action taken by an owner over a perceived negligence of a horse in their ‘care, custody and control’.
