Race Verdict

Megalala had BIG CREEK one place behind when second at Lingfield, but he dictated terms to suit himself there and, with Uphold in opposition, is unlikely to get as easy a lead. That all-weather placing was the latest disappointment from Big Creek since he arrived from Italy, but he should be seen in a better light back on turf and is given one more chance. Looking On has few miles on the clock and even if he needs this first run since October, there are races to be won with him this year.
