BRENIN TARAN has returned from over two years off in fine form and following his claiming victory at Lingfield in February, David Simcock's grey was narrowly held in a competitive handicap over this C&D. That form has been boosted by the seventh and eighth scoring since and the six-year-old son of Lujain can make a winning return to plating class, possibly at the chief expense of Red Cape, who ran out a comfortable winner of a 6f seller here on Thursday.
