Race Verdict

HOPES N DREAMS escapes a penalty for scoring in an apprentice handicap event over the trip at Nottingham last week and is expected to go in again if in a similar mood. The Elusive City filly won't mind any ease in the ground and is further aided by Julie Burke's 3lb claim in the plate, but keep an eye on a rejuvenated Circuitous, who looked back to something like his best at Musselburgh latest. Coastal Passage, who is tried in the first-time tongue tie, is also respected.

Selection: Hopes N Dreams        Danger: Circuitous        Alternative: Coastal Passage
