Race Verdict

DAFFYDOWNDILLY finally broke through at Southwell when last seen in December and, with her confidence buoyed, she can capitalise on a 5lb lower turf figure. Cadmium Loch returned with a positive display at Wolverhampton and has claims if able to reproduce that. Rapid Water took a step back in the right direction when reverting to turf at Salisbury, and Olynard is better on this surface so it would be no surprise were he to leave behind his most recent disappointments.

Selection: Daffydowndilly        Danger: Rapid Water        Alternative: Cadmium Loch
