Race Verdict

VALMINA backed up his April success at Bath by scoring at the same venue last month and, having won a shade cosily, is taken to defy a subsequent 6lb rise to land a treble. Sarangoo rattled the crossbar over C&D recently and looks the main danger as he attempts to avenge that neck beating off 3lb higher while Cocohatchee shaped with promise over 7f here last time and is another to consider now reverting back to sprinting (has won over 5f in the past to suggest he possesses to speed to get competitive).

Selection: Valmina        Danger: Sarangoo        Alternative: Cocohatchee
