Race Verdict

HURRABORU ran out an impressive winner over 2m5f at Perth last month and with this longer trip unlikely to pose a problem, he looks set to mount a bold bid to defy a penalty. Cock Of The Rock is becoming expensive to follow but he meets Donald McCain's representative on 5lb better terms than he would in a handicap so he commands respect, along with Royal Scoundrel and Whizzaar, who won a point-to-point last month.

Selection: Hurraboru        Danger: Cock Of The Rock        Alternative: Whizzaar
