Race Verdict

The two Middleham Park contenders Fol Hollow and Red Cape are very effective at this sort of level and must come into the reckoning, while Zomerlust fits a similar profile having struck four times in either claiming or selling company during the last year or so. The vote, however, goes to LLEWELLYN on his debut for new connections. The offspring of Shamardal readily won both starts in June (when with Jim Boyle) and appears to have been found another fantastic winning opportunity on his favoured rain-softened ground.

Selection: Llewellyn        Danger: Fol Hollow        Alternative: Zomerlust
