Race Verdict

For all CELLIST is lacking the same level of experience as most of his rivals, he couldn't have been more impressive when bolting up in a Wolverhampton maiden earlier this month and the son of Halling is expected to confirm that promise under Ryan Moore on his handicap introduction. Byron Blue is interesting if able to reproduce his Haydock form off a 7lb higher mark but Dovils Date arrives in fine form for Rod Millman and he is feared most on the back of another accomplished performance at HQ last month. The hat-trick-seeking April Ciel rates best of the rest.

Selection: Cellist        Danger: Dovils Date        Alternative: April Ciel
