PASS

The Privilege Access Swipe System, or PASS as it is more commonly referred to, was created by Weatherbys on behalf of the Racecourse Association (RCA) to provide hassle free racecourse entrance for owners and trainers who are entitled to complimentary admission.

Administered by Weatherbys, PASS cards are held by all owners and trainers and are automatically sent to all new owners upon their horse receiving its first race entry. This card remains valid throughout their period of racehorse ownership as it is automatically updated to reflect any future equine sales or purchases. We also issue PASS cards to trainers, jockeys and journalists in addition to the Members and Directors of the British Horseracing Authority, the Jockey Club and the Levy Board.

Weatherbys PASS Helpline is available for all PASS card holders; lost, stolen, damaged or forgotten cards can all be replaced or advance admission organised even on the day of racing. The PASS Helpline staff will always be happy to assist with any enquiry in order to ensure that you have a positive experience when arriving at the racecourse.
