Thank You Letters, Postcards & Emails

A simple thank you can sometimes be enough to ensure that an owner or trainer returns to your racecourse again. The day after racing takes place; Weatherbys send your letter, postcard or email, which can include the owners’ colours and horse name, to each of the owners and trainers with horses engaged. Firstly, to thank them for having a runner and to look forward to welcoming them back soon but also to ask for any feedback regarding their day. This type of feedback has proved invaluable for the racecourses which currently use this service.

This service is also an ideal way to promote forthcoming events and meetings at your course and can include sponsors’ logos for additional branding.
